What to send
- General questions, feedback, or bug reports. Tell us what you saw, what you expected, and how to reproduce it. Screenshots help.
- Abuse reports. If you believe content stored in another user’s vault violates our Terms of Service — for example, content you uploaded was misused, or you’re reporting on behalf of someone else — include the URL or artifact ID, a description of the violation, and your contact information.
- Copyright (DMCA-style) notices. Include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it’s located in Mneme, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.
